(b)aking for the first time!!!

The youngsters in the house ruined my Saturday morning nap after absurdly asking me who never ever used an oven to bake muffins!!! Bake?! Me?! -_-'

So the story goes like this, woke up on a breeze morning to help mom with the laundry and then rush over to my very cosy cool bed for a nap! But a knock on my door came and dad told me to help them bake some muffins. I was like, bake? Me? You got to be joking? *saying in with British accent* I know you're annoyed! x)

Anyhow, so here's the story with our muffins making day! Woot woot!

Nona Muffins! Can't read it? Meh, just tilt your head to the left side, duhh!

The ingredients needed:

1> Nona muffins flour

2> 100g of H20 a.k.a. water but if you think you need more, just add ... no big deal, trust me x)

3> 120g of oil

4> 3 eggs

So before you start, make sure the oven is preheat along with the muffins containers. Take note to brush some oil in the containers. Now the temperature set and time should be according to your recipe. Ours were 200'C and around 15 minutes.

First step, pour the flour in the baking mixture along with the water. Mix them well for about 3minutes.

Then add in the oil, stir well for 1 minute. You should get as shown above, not to sticky or watery, aite?! ^^

Then, pour them in the muffins containers.

You might want to add a little taste to them like these in below pictures!

Cherries!

Cookies!

Here's our first batch!

My my, look at that!

Huhuhu, the first batch was burn a little, so remember when during baking never ever used the same degree as preheat process!

Still, the feedback was supportive!

Second batch! I put the degree at about 160'C, but it should be about 180'C actually! ><

And wala! They look cute, don't they?!

I can open a bakery already! Right ...?! Perhaps..?No..? Oh well! Enjoy baking everyone!  =D
